My Parrot Care
Parrot Care
Welcome to My Parrot Care dot com
Parrot care is an important aspect in owning a companion parrot. Well,
strictly speaking, it is the only thing that you must be concerned
about if you plan to have one of these magnificent birds at home.
Whether you already own a parrot or plan on purchasing one to bring
home, this can be a wonderful experience and a long term friendship.
Choosing your parrot is an important task. So, you really need to know
what to ask a breeder to pick the perfect parrot for you and your
family.
Parrots Live a Long Time
Parrot care and life spans go hand in hand. You must plan for these
birds in your will. Depending on the breed your parrot could live up to
60 years of age in some of the larger species and up to 30 years in the
smaller parrots.
Parrot care is one of the primary responsibilities of the owner, which
requires a lot of time and dedication along with patience to handle
these fragile species. Most of these species are quite intelligent by
nature and seek constant attention from their owners.
Parrot Cages
Build cages for your parrots. Cage size varies on the kind of parrot
you have. The size of a cage is vital. Your parrot needs a bird cage
large enough to perch comfortably without touching the floor or
knocking into toys. They should be able to spread their wings
completely.
Cages should also be easy to clean. A cage with a skirt allows the area
surrounding the cage to be kept cleaner as well. Fresh food should be
removed from the cage after 3 to 4 hours. Parrot care is important to
learn if you want to chick to grow into a mature bird.
Parrot Health
Parrots are not the most hygienic of pets and they can be quite the
attention seeker. Yet your hygiene is important with your parrot for
their health and well being. Owners need to wash their hands frequently
when they are working with birds, handling their dishes, and preparing
their meals in order to prevent bacterial infections.
Human saliva also contains bacteria that are harmful to parrots so
owners should never allow their birds to place its beak in their
owner's mouths or noses. Owners can bath or mist their parrots daily
with clean, fresh water using a water bottle.
Parrot Diet
A poor diet is the number one reason for poor health. Diet and fresh
water are an important part of your parrots health. Fresh fruit and
vegetables should form a large part of the diet, not just because of
the nutritional benefits but the variety, tastes, colors, shapes
stimulate the senses.
Parrots are no different to humans. Although in captivity they need
assistance with their grooming. They need special care with their
nails, wings and beaks.
Parrot Tricks
Every Parrot has the ability to perform tricks. Each type of parrot has
different abilities. Training a parrot will create a better behaved and
more sociable bird and may solve some behavioral problems. Training
lessons should be short at about 10 minutes to avoid stressing the
bird.
One of the most important things to consider in caring for your parrot
is your relationship and bonding together. This is vital for the well
being of your parrot and will lead to a long and wonderful friendship.

Enter your search keyword(s) and the keyword "zorgium" into the search input field of

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.
ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
